Marmen String Quartet

The Marmen Quartet are the current String Quartet Fellows at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. They have won a string of awards, most recently the Grand Prize at the Bordeaux International String quartet Competition and first prize at the Banff International String Quartet Competition, where they were also awarded the Haydn and Canadian Commission prizes. They have undertaken extensive European tours, and gave a Beethoven string quartet cycle during the 2019/20 season.

The date of this concert is before the anticipated end of Covid regulations, so we shall again be arranging the seating to maintain social distancing, and require members to wear a mask during the performance, unless exempted.
